That car gets both for free I'm pretty sure.Ok thanks the last time i made a new character was 2 weeks after GTA O was out.

When you make a new character and after you do the missions until you get simeon to call you to get a car and go to LCS do you get insurence and a tracker or just a tracker.

i had the same problem when i had update from 2.0.0.9 to 2.0.1.0. I dont know if its the same problem like yours but i had to download there msvcr100.dll and it would launch.
