I have done 14 of the 15 gang hideouts and I can't seem to find the last one. I have all the ctOS towers unlocked too. Any one have any idea where to find it? I've sat there hacking people for an hour ...

The U100 LMG, picked it up off of some dude in heavy armor. Probably wouldn't have finished the game as fast as I did if I didn't find that gun.

Nope, you can't shoot while in a car in single player. The single player looks to be around 40ish hours.
