Most likely not. Mac users aren't typically gamers so it would be a waste of time to make a mac version. and besides a mac couldn't run dayz to well.

Mod is better than the standalone version atm but I wouldn't suggest getting it unless you had people to play with. No fun alone unless you just want to kill people which gets old fast.
