They both have: 6gb of RAM
Intel HD Graphics 4000
500 Gb HDD
The only different is the OS.

If you want some really intense graphics get dual 680's i was going to do that for my 3D gaming rig but decided not to get an overkill rig and infact just buy a 400 rig.
