okay ive done all that even deleted my characters now i have negative money because when i make a new one it transfers billions from my bank to my new character...

Delete your save data from your storage. like all of it ? delete the whole folder ? or just everything but the dlc and do i delete the characters too ?

On GTA Online i now have negative RP and money by obtaining such a high level how so i get rid of this? I am prepared to delete both characters whatever

i agree with your post but i still feel as though i and other modders will continue playing this game, modding is just a small aspect

i mean some stuff i understand shouldnt be there
but i find duping rare cars is just fun. I like the competition
