I had this Problem last week, Make sure that all Hard drives/ USB's are removed and remove your Ethernet cable if it's plugged in, When you go to boot up your console hold the power button down for 4 ...

make sure the tv/monitor is on the right channel, im not kidding i had the same problem and it took me a while to realise i had the tv on the wrong source

Have you tried other HDMI cables? might be a faulty cable.

yes tried 3 hdmi cables and 2 rca leads which i know all are working on other devices.
