Search for a game of whatever gametype your mods are on first, then it should help, but I prefer making your own .dll with SnD or Demolition gametype.

I'm not sure if this will fix your problem but you don't need the " on the scorescolor dvar.

System Link means when your 2 consoles are on the same network. Unless your friend is hooked up to your Internet as you retail and JTAG/RGH then he can't join your game.
