Where and how can i find a staff member?

I want a new account because i just want to start fresh i guess lol, and i don't like the name.
And i tried changing my email in the edit page but it just puts itself back in and stays the same way ...

I need help with my account, i want to make a new account but with the same email on this one. Can you delete this account or change the email address on this one please.
