No it can be any level but you might of not stayed in local game long enough

Yes don't have it logged in just the high level account then when you get to main menu hold the ps button and switch accounts

It's tricky but you have to do it fast but when you get the hang of it it will be easy to do I do the same glitch and I can do it the first time

Get on your high level account and go to online and click tdm the tap O and keep tapping O till you get to main menu the switch accounts to the one you want the high level on the keep tapping X till y ...

Reopened been busy with things but now I can get back into duplication
