You can't make it snow if it isn't a snow biome. You can create snow blocks however.

Would it be done with a program like 360Revolution/Invodify, or would you actually have to open the savegame.dat manually and changeit from there?

Any plans on making said tutorial? Sorry, I'm very eager, as I've got very scattered plans to make a few 360 maps.

Provided you haven't made it yet, don't be so quick to say it will probably be the best map ever. Although I do wish you the best of luck building it.

How would you do it? this would help tons for those making adventure maps and hunger games maps. If you know how, you should totally try it.
