Person A downloaded the games from his account onto the Xbox from his account which I don't have access too. But I am able to play them on that xbox under a different account. ...

How do I do it though?
Do I recover my account on the console thats got the game on there, and then set it as the home one and download it?

Can we license transfer yet on the Xbox one? I've got two consoles and one game has got games downloaded to it, and I want to be able to put it onto my other one too?
