You gotta do it
Go on rebug tool box and then scroll over and it will say switch to dex or cex

All you gotta do is go jailbreak it to a 3.55 firmware then set a QA target then jailbreak to 4.70 rebug then you can switch between cex and dex to get games working enable cobra in rebug tool box
