FIXED IT IF ANYONE HAS SAME PROBLEM THIS IS HOW I FIXED IT: debug settings
and switch boot mode from system software mode to "Release Mode"
then restart ps3 and Run Destiny

also I have a 120gb hdd that I took out of my ps3 and hooked it up through usb with a esata dock but the ps3 is not picking it up
