You need to use new kvs to try to prevent getting banned but i dont think their is a way that you will not get your clients 100 not banned if you need infomation try asking user - rapcat

I would like to know your guys' methods of not getting your client banned/reset.
Most of my clients have been reset and then banned from AW aft ...

I can't find a good XP lobby tool or menu, most of them freeze my game after i get a kill or the stats dont stick.

I'm at the loading screen where it shows the slideshow of pictures

Try moving it onto the HDD it will probably be needed on the HDD itself. Move things from HDD onto the pendrive such as profiles and old games.

My HDD only has 14GB and the game is 16GB

That content folder on disc 2 needs to be copied over to HDD. Watch any YouTube TuT on it.

I followed ModdedWarfare's tutorial step by step, theres no content folder on Disc 2

Whenever I try to load up disc 2 it says to insert disc 2.
