Be having problems joining a lobby every time I join I get disconnected

Pretty sure this got patch on the update on the 4th of December.

I prestiged 2 days ago on the 6th and it didn't work, and I had all camos still unlocked after I prestiged.

And patch notes conf ...

any one have a list of what unlocks at what level for clan. i know level 11 unlocks gold clan tag.. but is their a complete list for it, or does anyone know off the top of their head?
