No You Cannot
But You Can Mod it Which you can only See and other people can see on mw2 cod4 and cod5 and black ops.
My Tutorial:
Part 1 copying data:
1. on dashboard plugin usb stick and configure
it in memory settings..system settings.
2.if you have configured it or have already, go
on ur HDD (hardrive) and copy ur account
that u want to mod onto usb stick.
3. sign out all profiles and pull out usb stick

!"!sign out first!!!

part 2 using pc:
1 use usb extracter/explorer and if the only
thing on it is ur profille, double click content
and keep double clicking till u cant double
click on the folder/file no more this should be
numbered E0000001545.... somin like that . click it
and click extract, put on desktop or where u
can find it easily.
2. after extracting double click th 2 dots ( .. )
they r a back button , go all the way back to
content.
3. open up ezgt2.2 and click the profile icon in
the corner and click open, find ur file u
extracted and click it/open.
4. using the add tab delete your name in its box
and type in anything u want with colours
buttons...etc,u can only use 15 characters like
usual, when done click save on the button and
save to where u want, notice a new foler
named a bunch of numbers and letters will
come up, this is the modded profile not the 1 we
started with, open this up and drag it/open it up
in MODIO.
5. it will come up with ur name above its
window, click the big REHASH AND RESIGN
BUTTON!!!! a few times but do it at least 1time.
6.close modio and open up xbox360 hash block
calculator and click file..open..find ur
file..open it, it should say done already at th
bottom, click tools..CALCULATE HASH BLOCKS this
is important!!! it should say done again.
7.open up the usb explorer/extracter and
double click content once, you will see 1
folder (or how many u copied in part1) drag
the folder we used in modio/hashblock
calculator and put it next to the other 1, not
in it... next to it!
8. wait a min and it should say done or somin!

copy ur data back onto ur HDD on ur xbox by
clicking it in the same settings as step 1
(systemsetting..memory..usb stick) click the
profile/s and click move and chose ur HDD.

part 3 using it on mw2 etc..
1. sign in as no1 (turn auto sign in off), start ur
game , change the setting s on mw2 (screen
resolution and brightness) to ur liking (its not
neccesary yet) and click multiplayer
(remember ur still not signed in!!.
2. when the multiplayer screen pops up click XBL
it will ask u to sign in, click the modded profile
and it should say 'this profile is not alowed to
play on XBL click XBL again and sign in as ur
real subscription account (ur normal 1).
3. let the playlists configure ur rank and
settings etc... (let it load) and there you go if
this is done correctly u will see ur name as
modded!!!
