My xbox recently got the rrod flashing 3 red lights and it was because it was freezing. Can someone tell me how to fix this? I tried the towel trick and it didnt work.Will +rep for help.

Try to set up a fan behind it for extra cooling

keep it outside for an hour or so ( if it is not hot outside )

after that put a FAN behind your xbox and let the fan blow it

-Penny trick
-towel trick
-toothpick trick (works the best for me!)

I did the towel trick (kept it wrapped under the towel for 2 hours) and then i kept it right under my air conditioning for 2-4 hours.

And then treid.. never got a RRoD again xD
