Your internet provider is probably bad, or it could be that your cable is damaged somewhere down the line from your ISP, could try changing your ISP to see if it makes a change.

Do you have anything else that use's internet while your playing? Sometimes can be a problem. e.g ur computer. Try cutting off the internet for that and then play.

nothing else uses the internet
