I think you should make a character, such as a vector. From scratch, be creative.
Check out my AfroMan Vector that I recently did.

just like use different shapes to make a picture?? i dont get hot you did it ?
Circle brushes to make the hair, a crown shape that I found on google, I made the glasses with a bunch of lines and hooked them together, the mouth is with the pen tool, the hair on top of the crown has a dropshadow behind that layer which makes it look alot better.

I do like it but the "RAY RAY RAY RAY RAY RAY" Is a little much but still 7/10!
