Hey, My Jtag won't boot up The Dashboard or even Xell.
I really need help with this becuase I can't get another.
Please help me with this.
If it helps to say that i clicked "launch.xex" on XeXMenu then there it is.
Willing to give money to whoever helps me.
I can not soder stuff on my jtag becuase i cannot get into that stuff but please help me.
If thats what i have to do then i will do it.
Remember:
-Jtag won't start up dash (Green light just turns on)
-No red rings
-Xell won't boot

You will have to solder an LPT or nand x to write a good nand to the mobo.. You most likely didn't install quick launch correctly, resulting in RROD error.
So yes, you'll have to solder and write a good nand to the board.
