Well quickscoping just evolved from close quarters panics, like OH CRAP hits the left trigger and shoots. Then it became more of a competition of "trickshots" and who could get the longest "quickscopes." Now if you do not quickscope people get mad and flame you with the word hardscoper which is absurb. Snipers have a scope for a reason, if you use it or not that is it's original purpose.
