Can u run iso disks on mw2 like you could on cod 5?

I herd you can only do that for Offline mods. On WaW they have a zombie mod, and considering Mw2 doesn't have that then there is no way of doing it. Infection XP lobbies work, I don't see why people just don't do that...

so many youtube videos relating to iso disks for mw2 also many different pages on the internet, i.e people selling iso disks and forums and things telling you how to make them?
