I have an evil, and I have another rapidfire controller, Evil controllers are the best I have used so Far. And mine shoots way faster than that video

They are good, but thats a mission, and this is a speed cap, thats why, look for multiplayer videos with 1!

Our controllers are also adjustable, so you can adjust it to as fast as you like to shoot.
