Go to your desktop > right click with your mouse > go to the view option > then click large icon.

that did not work m8 just made the bat at bottom bigger and i wanted the icons on the desktop smaller

Click on your desktop then hold crtl and scroll down.

You want to go to Control Panel > Display > Screen Resolution.

Then click resolution and raise or higher the bar until your satisfied with the correct size.
