I haven't tried it, but if playing the game demo gives you a game save, then yes it will work.

homefront campaign is quite short but the addiction is all in the multiplayer which is awesome

get a taste of the Multiplayer just download the Homefront MP demo for free (less than 1 Gb memory) even though max level on demo is 10 you will even play it then because it is really addictive + its nice to get away from the COD franchise

Crysis demo was good but in all fairness i wouldnt get it if i was you, mulitplayer is pretty crap and so is the story

check out the XP of homefront (battle points = xp + spawn inside vehicle e.g. in demo you can spawn in the humvee, light vehicle (has rocket and explosive rounds as primary cannon, tank whih has cannon and machine gun and a scout heli which has explosive rounds in its miniguns --- full game also allows you to spawn in the commanche which is awesome

the servers on homefront are really good and you get almost no lag so less bullcrap than COD servers but no where as near as many weapons but still drive vehicles is awesome in games like homefront...

so just buy homefront as it kills the time until halo CE anniversery, COD MW3 and GOW3 come out :3
