Hmm...Even if your new (like me xD) you should find out where to post before submiting a topic,
Well anyway you get it by doing all the vidmaster challenges in halo 3 and halo 3: ODST.
I'd help you with the halo 3 vidmasters but...I'm in australia and i'm guessing your not, lag is major for the vidmaster annual if different people from different countries try, so I suggest doing it with people who are near you.
And I will help you when I DO get ODST, hopefully in like a week?
