Well I don't get it. I don't know what to tell them. Because I called back after 7 days and they asked me my name I told them my name, but I id NOT put that name on my account, and stuff. So then he says all this shit, but he never said anything about the serial number, but the person I was talking to before asked me my serial number.

microsoft cant say no you bought from them and whatever name you put making the account will be on there so this seems a little fishy
