haha.. probably easy but how do i upload a picture into a post on this website? cos it says insert a link? like how do i get the link for it? basically where can i upload it to?

If its not on a picture sharing site
then upload it 2 one

then just like the site in the upload box on your profile

and then you have an avatar!
