i called nd was on the phone with them for more than an hour nd they said theres nothing i can do i just have get another 1 because once the server bands u it cant unban u nd its not like i can wait for it to go away im band on the console for ever

I can understand your frustration, but you need to call again. Unless you have an unlimited amount of money that you can go out and purchase another XBox you need to get an answer. Call again and ask to speak to a manager, record all of the names of people that you speak to and write down what they tell you. Ask to get the specific reason or violation of the user agreement that you were banned for. The part of them not being able to unban you is BS, some one can................Its Microsoft for crying out loud. Keep calling until you get a manager and an answer. Someone at the office has the specifics of your account and reason for ban, you just need to keep trying until you find the right person.
