SethRaamKiller wrote We recently had a debate about this in school and I wanted to know what TTG had to say. Body scanners release radiation which can be harmful to pregnant mothers and young children. But on the other side body scanners will enhance airport security speed and it is much kore safer. So tell me if you would want to walk through a body scanner or not
No! YOU TERRORIST!
(HAHAH jk!)

KEEP THEM. Many terrorists nowadays put the bombs up the anal cavity and into the stomach area too. This also goes with drug smugglers.

They should keep them. The radiation they release are no big harm, using a cell phone or microwave are more dangerous than the scanners.

I think attendants should use proper discretion when deciding who gets screened.

I just got back from a trip and I has to go through the body scanners... It took literally 10 seconds as spouses to the 1 minute+ it would take for a pat down or even a strip search. Full body scanners help and should stay... And you also have to option to opt out of the body scanner and just be searched instead in private so pregnant women and people that don't approve of the body scanner have an alternate way of getting through security.... So I see no problem
