Cut the guy some slack, do you realize how many consoles each day this guy has to crank out? Not to mention the MASS amount of kiddos that are e-mailing, PM, IM, etc him every 15 minutes. I have dealt and talked with him since I have been on here, and he has never one time done a customer wrong or refused to right a wrong. This post is completely idiotic...instead of posting that you have an E64 and what should you do since you JUST got it from him...you should have first contacted the seller.

It is stupid things like this why people get bad raps...kids do not think about what they are doing. When he seen it had E64...he should have PM'd or IM'd JTAG GALORE..."Hey, I just got this console...it has E64...can you please replace/fix this seeing as how I just received it?" Now...if JTAG GALORE comes back with "F U ...DIAF" then ok, make a post yada yada...but seeing as how I am 110% confident and would vouch for him any day...he will more than likely say "Oh wow, that's not good at all! Sure, we can get you fixed up in no time and sorry about the inconvenience!"

Instead of doing it the right way, now this post is out here and ppl go "Oh, JTAG GALORE makes shi**y JTAGS because this one day on this one thread, this one guy said this one thing...and JTAG GALORE had NO clue anything was wrong...so he couldn't defend himself...and yeah...bad guy!"

i dont think so. if you want to contact me on AIM: Jarett2895 we can discuss the error code that you have. but overall i would just suggest you cant JTAG GALORE as quick as you can for a replacement or repair!

Absolutely, I would want nothing more than to have it figured out and receive a working JTAG if I was to buy them too. However, I do know how it feels to be a seller as well...and how pi**ed I get when I am not given a chance to make it right before someone posts a thread about it to the public.

If nothing else, you could have contacted me...one of the only repair stickies here...and I could have helped you out in PM before you made a thread about it. I mean honestly, this doesn't affect me either way, but I just hate seeing the reputation of someone who does so much for a community and provides a stellar service get dragged down by not thinking before you posted this and misunderstanding of a situation.

Finally a person with some sense.

The best approach as Mr Icy Tank is getting across is simply alert the person you bought it from. Would you buy something from Comet and then walk into Dixon's complaining it doesn't work? Not only is it silly it show's a lack of respect. I wouldn't have gotten as far as i have by selling dodgy JTAG's. I have sold almost 200 JTAG's just here on TTG! So if a JTAG i sell break's i will repair/replace, i stand by my JTAG's which is why i offer the warranty.

And rather than publicly displaying your trauma wouldn't it be a better bet to actually look up the error code's rather than be spoon fed by a bunch of people who clearly don't know what they are talking about anyway - no offence people but if your comment doesn't really offer any helpful insight then instead of trying to get your post count up just step away from the keyboard. Thanks for the bad rep!

Posting this before even contacting me say's it all. The fact you need to be told by someone else to contact the seller! All it does it cause flaming and bad impressions. If it actually is faulty it could have taken a knock during transit. But i also source my JTAGGABLE's from all overt the place, and when i'm not repairing the console's i actually buy working 1's just to keep up with the demand. So histories aren't always known and there is a slim chance it's been 'repaired' by mereley having the xclamps replaced, and at best a second rate heat gun 'fix'

Anyway read my PM, ty
