Looking For
Crackdown 2 "Online" Stats Maxed out
The save file should say Options_Slot0
Modio only has it where its like 27 firearms skill 7 agility 9 melee and 1 driving
I think max is 100 100 100 100

I am almost positive this can be done, since it can be done on campaign, it basically works the same way, just a different file.
