2 Lights means it is overheating

Tell me the secondary error code. How to get secondary error code:
* Turn the xbox 360 on, and wait till the 2 red lights are flashing.
* Press and hold the sync up button (the small white one), while holding that button press the eject button.
* The LEDs will now blink the first number in the code (as described below).
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the second number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the third number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will now blink the forth number of the code.
* Release the eject button and press it again.
* The LEDs will go back to the 2 red flashing lights.
Key:

The issue is you GPU not making good contact...Remove the heatsink and apply some more thermal paste and re adjust your bolts and test again..
Once you get this error out of the way, you can see if your nand write was successful.
If you get the error again, you can remove the top 4 metal washers from the top side of the motherboard if you're using the standard nylon/metal washers.
