ok my computer is full of viruses and it makes me crash and freeze and alot more and i hate it please someone help

Download a free version of macafe or a free virus program off the web

Restart your computer and when it is loading up keep tapping F8 on your keyboard and a menu will come up and your going to use your arrow keys to get to safe mode and press enter. This is what I did and it worked, but if it doesn't while your still in safe mode download a virus sccanner and delete all of the virus's.

You might have too many programmes installed which can make your computer slow. Defragment your computer then Uninstall any software you never use/don't need. If it is still slow, download AVG.
