This setup keeps all the needed buttons free: dpad left, dpad right, and start.

Back button: Activates mods,calls in dogs(before game starts),say "DEVELOPER MODE"
Dpad down: god
Dpad up: noclip
Left bumper: toggle 3rd person

Super Jump
Call in dogs before game starts (host only)
Fixed annoying FPS counter
Display hosts name in top left next to fps
Give default weapon
Perfect steady aim (perk required)
Triple tap (perk required)
Red sunlight
Pro mod
Unlimited ammo
Far away knifing

Patch includes (just an edit of Antic's Credit to him):

Added the following:
XP for domination
Film tweak dvars
Chrome
Tracer rounds
Removed all developer text

Can I use this with m40's infection method. Using it on the system cache cleared?

Nah, iso's can only mod ff/xex files but not _mp.ff/xex. That's what the JTAG's for... To run Unsigned codes such as _mp files.
