I was searching around in the web and found this on game-tuts. it is a user-made program that can be used to extract the profile

It doesn't work. Seems MS changed their file structure.

Also Slashr from Se7ensins was the one to make it, and it's called USB HDD Xplorer.

It does have a few bugs but it works. i extracted my profile...but can get it injected back in so if you find out how pm me

That's the problem, anyone can get their profile, but they changed the way it works, so none of the existing modding programs will open it.
