there is no way in changing your IP but why do you need to change it? Maybe I can help you out with that but also please +REP because this is still an answer.

um you can get a new modem
or you can get hidemyip or im not sure if this works but no-ip i run it to do work with some programs undiscussable on tech actually idk bout no-ip but use proxpn

Well even if u got a new modem it wouldnt work cause i changed my modem a few times cause other ones broke, only way you can change is change your internet provider, or you can ring you internet provider up and they will charge you to get your IP changedfor 20

contact your internet provider. You can ask them to make it change once a month

Just turn off your router and turn it back on after 30 secs.
