Either buy ones, I think that they are very cheap.
Or paint the bottom plastic part.

it really depends on if you are going to start a biz up
in that case i recommend searching google for a company that makes plastic parts
I have a company in china that makes me joysticks,dpads,shells,ABXY buttons
but they have a 100 piece min order
if not i would just say buy one from ebay or something
