to find out ur email, go on to ur xbox, and go to the dashboard, from there go to the box with ur avatar standing infront of it. It will say edit profile if u click it, Then go to email and it will tell ur email. You will have to recover the password by using the recovery page on xbox.com.

(ik the begining of this was a fail. Im not on xbox so i dont remember exactly where to go but its under MY XBOX)
