Try Kill boosting..

You get 12 people in a lobby, 6 As, and 6 Bs.
Every person has a partner from the other team.
An A creates a B party, which all the Bs join.
All of the Bs back out of the lobby, so all that is left in the lobby is As.
The leader finds a game of Hardcore Headquarters, as it is finding a game, the B party leader invites all the Bs to it.
Then for 20 minutes you kill your partner, like headshots.
At the end the person being killed dashboards, so it doesn't count towards their K/D ratio.
The process is repeated...
