They can't be jtag'd but there could be a new exploit. However I doubt your friend would be smart enough to make it and just give the xbox to you

My slim i got on the day of release and i was pissed when the dash was 9199, i was expecting it to be different. I'm unsure only because this is TTG and there are some amny fake reebooter posts ect.
In my opinion if you have a jtaged slim, you are probably one of the first in the world.
This would be a nice honor to your name.
If you haven't it would be very disappointing and just a waste of everyone time.
My advice is post more proof and prove it ither way.

Since you a D* and already Previewd it, me and a Friend of mine recently found an exploit for a Jtaged Slim aka Valhalla. The Earliest Dash on it was 9199, no it is not a Dev Kit nor a faceplate and for that green LED you see i guess is a reflection from my little brothers phone, If you need more proof please feel free to ask me and i can see what i can do about your suggestion. Dont flame him as this is my work and not his (aSilenthackz),
