Im guessing that Russia would have still gone on to defeat Nazi germany. Russia had soo many people. I say after we "surrendered" that germany would have pushed Russia back into Russia for a little while but then they would have had a repeat stalingrad and they would start getting pushed back again.
The war would have dragged on for a couple more years but I think the result would still have been the same, the Nazis would have lost anyways.

Hitler would have conquered all of Europe and have Japan on his side, and he would probably have conquered the USA.
We'd probably all be Nazi's and there wouldn't be any Jewish people around

Britain would be still receiving Air raids by Hitler. None of them would even lower Hitler down to losing in the war without the USA. Oh and I'm not even a "Proud American".
