Ok i decided to make this post because many people experience lag in minecraft due to having bad graphic cards bad laptops etc..
1.First of all in game options
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Note: I like to keep smooth lighting on but if u turn it of it willmake your game lag less.
2.Next is using your task manager. So start off by opening my minecraft and wait untill u get to the main menu. Then hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
Note:Im Using windowsXP so i don't know if u guys have to do the same.
Anyway when u do that this should pop up.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then right-click on minecraft then go down to process. You should see javaw.exe
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then right click on javaw.exe and click set affinity. Then untick cpu0
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then go back to javaw.exe right click.Go to set priority and click high.It will say would u like to continue, click continue.
Important dont click real time when in set priority it may harm your computer so just dont click it

I hope you know that if you put it to tiny settings it will lag more, it will lag more because it is such a short distance so the blocks have the generate more often, hence more lag.
