when you upgrade and you get taken to a room outside the level there is one room that is a dentist chair it might be and sometimes there is a video player near it. now if you look at the room does it remind you of the the second map verrukt on WaW because in WaW the chair there is two doors like in the little room and there are tables in the right place and also the window isnt there i dont think so but there is something on that wall and if you next to the chair and press A or X you hear a man screaming and you also hear it on WaW too
