they didnt come out w/ a new update to gwt it but once they do u hav to get all the prestige challenges at 10th

If that was true then dont you think they would ban people seems as they know who have modded it to 10th? That is utter rubbish...
The only way i know how to unlocky it FULLY is through Unlucky_7 lobbys....but as JTAGs are down until XBR4 is released he has to do it through SystemLink!

And he only charges $10 which is pretty cheap if you ask me (that is for 10th, challenges everything)

There is no possible way at the moment. I am sure they will release it as DLC in the near future though.
