The reason allot of the great TTG GFX artists don't enter these competitions is because even though the rules clearly state.

"You may chose one or more of the following pictures either in part or in total,
and shop them to create the funniest, best,most skilful etc picture you can come up with. Any questions pm me, do not post here!"

All people post are Pictures with captions.

Maybe make the rules slightly more toward graphic editing and less about making it a humorous caption.

Don't get me wrong the humor is great!, but maybe make the rules state that using only Text on an Image is not graphic editing.

Its "The Great Photoshop Competition" yet some of this work could have been done on Paint and sometimes to a higher standard than the Photoshop edit.

On the subject of encouraging more "TTG GFX artists" to come and join this amazing competition instead of providing pictures to add a caption to why not upload a render, picture to edit it in any way to show your style and true skill of the gfx'ing community.
