-TDCC- wrote Ok so it took me a while to do this because the connector for the stock fan is 4 pin and the fan i got is 3 pin. I had to take the wires out of the 3 pin and put them in the 4 pin and tape them together. Oh and Microsoft is weird, the stock fan is 90mm with 80mm fan screw holes. Anyways, here's some pics with the case off and on.

It's really not that hard, take apart your slim, buy an Antec TriCool 80mm fan (available at best buy) take out the stock fan, put in the new one.

it's really not that hard, about the same as the regular 360, you just have to be really carefull with the faceplate because it has a VERY thin flatcable and if you scratch it your screwed.

yeah... you know how the slim buttons are like touch screens? like you just tap it and the disk ejects or u tap the power and it turns on? well, did MS also make it a button if the touch screen stopped working? because i could see it stop working -.-

i thought of this because in my mom Mercedes it uses a push button to start the car and sometimes it doesn't work so you just pull off the button and you can use the actually key so i thought MS would do that.. if you don't get what i'm saying bro mssg me

No, they didn't, you have to manually install a wire to bypass the touch button.
