The HTTPS method doesn't work on a lot of filters. You should add another way in which I'll say at the bottom of this. Most filters only block the URL and not the IP so if you use this it gives you the ip.

Open up Notepad and type in:

title proxy
cls
nslookuo

then save it as lookup.bat
Make sure the save as type is set to all files. Open up and you should have a command interface, type in the URL and it'll give you the site's IPs. Use the non-authorative one. It should look like this
