Change your email before starting again, you can do this on the dashboard!
They are going on the MSN Website and entering your ex password it is called Reverting. He has the information he needs by being on the acc once to claim its his again and again, change email adress!
Yes its a big annpyance to change your email for everything but its worth it before you loose something you REALLY need!
Remember if he can acess your XBL acc , he can acess all your emails and stuff and most websites offer a password reset were they send you a reset email and he can get on your facebook and anything else!

Was phished before , lukily most guys on here are nice and perhaps a few will give you some stuff!
