Things you need:

1. Fallout Newvegas Iso
2. Wx360
3. .Abgx
4. Imgburn
5. 8.5gb Dual layer DVD

Ok first you need to open the Iso in Wx360

Once extract the default.xex to a safe place ( back up )

Then extract fallout.ini to your desktop

Double click it it should open in notepad

Press ctr+f and search for collision and find a text string called "playercollision=1" and change the 1 to a 0. This enables no clip mode.

Second search boundaries and find the text string and change the 1 value to a 0. This disables invisible walls

After both of these, save and open the iso in Wx360. Replace the fallout.ini file with the modified one and replace the default.xex

Then open abgx and change the stealth level to 3 and click launch, this will take about 5 minutes and create a .DVD file with about 36 bites

Now insert your 8.5gb DL disk and open ImgBurn open the .DVD NOT THE ISO then click write, then go to settings and click custom number and use 1913760

Now click start, this will take 30-45 minutes

When it's done either hot swap or insert into a flashed xbox and your done .
